We are currently Looking for a Production / Salesperson.

.This is an on-site, full-time position.

COMPANY DESCRIPTION:

K&K Motors Inc. has been selling parts across Texas, the country and internationally for forty years.

We buy salvage very aggressively such as cars trucks motorcycles atv tractors and other salvage items. We buy these Items as a whole to be marketed and sold in parts. Currently we have over eight thousand cars trucks van tractors and other salvage equipment in stock.

PartingOut.com is an online startup company founded by KK Motors CEO Kevin Fullerton. The PartingOut marketplace is focused solely on used part salvage industry. We are in the process of increasing our footprint in this area.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Online and in person sales consisting mostly of Vehicles and used auto parts.

Ability to carry sales though from Ad to Order to Fulfillment to Payment and finish with both a satisfied customer and high likelihood of repeat order or referral business.

Respond to all leads though calls email and other forms of communication.

Facilitate follow up on all sales leads

RELATIONSHIPS - WHO YOU'LL BE WORKING WITH:

We are a small team of ten people who most have been at the company for over 10 years.

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Ability to write compelling accurate ads.

Must be organized.

Excellent communications skills .

Attentive listening

Self Motivating.

Ability to anticipate steps needed to complete task

Demonstrate self control and an ability to manage time and priorities

DESIRED (NICE-TO-HAVE) SKILLS:

Automotive parts knowledge.

Mechanical background (mechanic body shop etc).

Leadership training.

START DATE: As soon as possible.

COMPENSATION: Salary and production bonus.
